4 chicken breasts, 1/2" thick, skinless & boneless
honey mustard
6 pieces fried bacon, crispy
1/2 tsp McCormick Season All
1 C sliced mushrooms, drained
3 C shredded Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Rub chicken with Season All and set aside to marinate for 1 hour. While the breast is marinating, fry bacon crisp & drain. Shred cheese & set aside. Take chicken from marinade and saute on medium heat in pan with just enough oil to prevent sticking. Cook on both sides until golden, remove from pan. ( I prefer George Foreman grill ). Spread chicken breast with honey mustard, cover with a layer of mushrooms, three slices of bacon and then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Put in 350º oven until cheese melts.
