London Broil Recipe

1 pkg of london broil
1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
1/2 bottle of italian dressing
1/2 bottle of teriyaki
1 tsp meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large zip lock bag put garlic and tenderizer, then add london broil. Pour in italian dressing, and teriyaki.
2. Zip bag, but do not push out air, rub the outide of bag to disperse the garlic and tenderizer throughout.
3. Unzip one corner to release as mush air as possible, reseal, and place in fridge for at least 30 mins.
4. Pour marinade from bag into saucepan.
5. Grill for 2 mins a side over high heat, reduce heat to med, and grill to desired doneness, spoon marinade over top occasionally while grilling.
6. Before serving, bring marinade in saucepan to a boil, and remove from heat immediately to prevent over boil, use for dipping.
