Ingredients:  
8 oz goat cheese, cut in slices
1/2 cup each of Kalamata olives & green olives, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tbsp each of fresh rosemary & thyme, chopped
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange goat cheese in single layer in shallow dish.
Scatter olives, tomatoes & basil over it.
In small bowl, combine vinegar, garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper & oil.
Pour over cheese.
Allow to marinate a few hours at room temperature or overnight in fridge.
Bring to room temperature to serve.
Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
