1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 roll sage sausage
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 egg
3 tbsp steak sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
ketchup or bbq sauce to cover

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs and ketchup or bbq sauce.
2. Add bread crumbs slowly while mixing, until mixture holds together.
3. Pack mixture into loaf pan, or baking dish, with a slight slope from center towards sides and ends.
4. Cover top with generous layer of ketchup or bbq.
5. Bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour, or until center is brown, draining excess fat from sides occasionally, and before serving.
