5 chicken breasts
chopped onion
2 c. fajita cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 small cans chopped green chilies
large flour tortillas
8-10 oz. can enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts in olive oil with onion. Add cheese, sour cream, and chilies. Spoon into tortillas, roll up and put into cake pan. Drizzle with enchilada sauce. Sprinkle with more cheese. Bake 350 for 30 min.
