1 (4-5 lbs) beef roast, any kind
1 package brown gravy mix, dry or use Tony's Chachere’s Gravy mix
1 package Italian salad dressing mix, dry
1 package ranch dressing mix, dry
1/2 C water
1 onion
Potatoes
Carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef roast in crock pot with the onions, carrots and potatoes.
*Mix the dried mixes together and sprinkle over the roast
*Pour the water around the roast
*Cook on low for 7-9 hours
