1 3/4 c. cooked chicken, cut small
3 T. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped almonds (smoked)
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
2 T. soy sauce
2- 8 oz. cream cheese with chives
Directions:
Directions:
Spread softened cream cheese onto large platter. Mix together remaining ingredients and spread onto cream cheese. Drizzle with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
