2 cups whole milk
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
4 eggs
dash (or so) of vanilla
1 tsp (plus a dash more) coconut extract or flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix all ingredients in a blender
Pour into a buttered 10 inch glass pie dish
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes
Let cool at least one hour before serving
