2 C cranberries (1/2 lb) , 1 C sugar, 2 pkgs. raspberry's or cranberry jello, 2 C boiling water, 2 oranges or Mandarin oranges, 2 apples, 1 Cup grapes, 2 C pineapple, 1 Cup miniature marshmallows, chopped nuts if desired, 1/2 carton Cool Whip.

Wash & sort fresh cranberries, Add sugar, Sir and let stand for several hours or overnight until sugar has dissolved. Dissolve jello in boiling water, Cool until mixture starts to gel, but not set. Have ready cut up oranges (or Mandarin oranges drained and rinsed), chopped apples and quartered grapes, crushed pineapple (don't drain) Add all of this, including cranberries to jello and stir to mix. Add marshmallow, and chopped nuts if desired, Fold in 1/2 carton of Cool whip defrosted (8 oz. carton) Chill until ready to serve.
