1 c margarine
2 c flour
1/2 c packed, light brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 c chocolate chips
1 1/4 c Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/3 c seedless Raspberry Jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, beat margarine, flour and sugar until well mixed. With floured fingers, press 1 3/4 cups of mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Combine 1 c chocolate chips and sweetened milk in saucepan. Heat until smooth. Spread over hot crust.
Stir nuts into the reserved crumb mixture, sprinkle over chocolate filling. Drop teaspoon fulls of Raspberry Jam over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Continue baking 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack.
