1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Let cheese sit out until softened. Blend all ingredients, except chili powder, until well blended. Shape into 2-3 logs about 10-12 inches long, about 3 inches wide. Sprinkle chili powder onto wax paper and roll logs in the chili powder until coated. Wrap logs in wax paper and twist ends to seal. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

A friend of our family gives these cheese logs away at Christmas. We always anxiously await getting them! Delicious with Triscuits!
