1/2 onion, diced
1 head lettuce, shredded
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 head cauliflower in bits
2 c. salad dressing
1/4-1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Spread lettuce in bottom of large bowl; then add cauliflower, onion, bacon and grated cheese. Spread with salad dressing. Sprinkle with sugar on top. Leave as is until ready to eat, then toss. Set several hours or overnight before serving. The dressing will seal, so will keep for a couple of days. Can also add more onion, cheese, bacon or cauliflower, if desired. Add different types of cheeses also. Alternate those to taste.
