1 C Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Shortening
1 Egg
2 C Flour
1 t Cream of Tartar
2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt
1 t Vanilla
2 C Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugars, butter, and shortening. Add egg. Combine the dry ingredient and add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake on greased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes at 325º.
