Ingredients:  
2 cups flour, sifted
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. liquid shortening
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups raw cranberries, cut in half (easier when frozen)

Sauce for Pudding:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. corn starch
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup coffee cream or half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, add shortening, milk and egg. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in cranberries. Bake at 350º in 9x13-inch pan for 40 minutes or until light golden brown in color.

Sauce for Pudding:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. corn starch
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup coffee cream or half & half

Directions for sauce:
Boil 3 minutes, and add 1 tsp. vanilla
