1 pkg Rice A Roni Fried Rice
5 tbsp lite margarine
1 lb chicken, cooked
3 c broccoli florets
6 cornbread muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Saute rice mix in 2 tablespoons margarine over medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently.

Stir in 1-1/2 cups water, seasoning mix and chicken; bring to boil.

Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Bake cornbread muffins as directed. Serve broccoli florets with 1/2 tbs margarine.
