3 oz lean ground beef

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Brown ground beef in bite-sized chunks. Add to spaghetti sauce and simmer until ready to serve.

For 400 calories per meal, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese and serve with 1 slice bread, spread with 1 tsp light margarine and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and toasted under broiler.
