1 - 9 inch pie shell - double crust , 2 cups seedless raisins, 2 cups boiling water, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. vinegar,

Directions:
Cook 2 cups raisins, and 2 cups boiling water in a covered sauce pan, about 5 minutes until tender, stir in 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 tbsp. flour, cook over med. heat, stirring constantly until boiling, boil 1 minute, remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 tsp. vinegar, place in pie shell and cover with top of crust, cut slits, bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until nicely browned.
