1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 carton cool whip
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 cup melted butter ( 1 stick). Combine and spread in 13"x9" pan. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes or until brown.

First Layer: 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 cups cool whip. Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese (softened) together. Fold in 2 cups of cool whip, spread on crust.

Second Layer: 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix, 3 cups milk. Beat together until thickened, spread on top of cream cheese layer.

Third Layer: Spread chocolate layer with additional cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate 24 hours.
