1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup Crisco oil
1 T. Accent
1 T. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt
any size flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate steak at least 2 hours, preferably 4. Cook on outdoor grill or under broiler for 5-6 minutes on each side. Slice meat diagonally across grain in thin strips. At its best when cooked to medium rare.

Flank steak continues to cook a bit when removed from the heat source. Take it off the grill when it is still rather pink or it will be overdone.
