2 cups peeled and cubed sweet potatoes (fresh or canned)
2 cups cubed and peeled, uncooked, apples
2 cups miniature marshmallow
3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, apples, and marshmallows in baking dish. In small bowl, mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Toss with apples and sweet potatoes. Melt butter and drizzle over all. Bake at 325 º for 1 hour.
