1 Cup hot water
1 Small strawberry jello
1 Can cranberry sauce (not jellied)
1/2 Cup celery, chopped
1/2 Cup apple, chopped
1/2 Cup nuts, chopped
1 Tablespoon lemon juice, optional.
Small cream cheese, little mayonnaise and milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello and hot water till melted, add cranberry sauce, celery, apple, nuts and juice. Pour into small container or individual little bowls and refrigerate till firm. To serve, mix cream cheese with mayo and little milk and spread on top.

To serve, place on lettuce leaves for a nice presentation, then spread with cream cheese mixture.
