2-3 Boneless chicken breasts cut in thin strips
Garlic salt & black pepper
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 Jar (15.5 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 Tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Cups sliced/chopped celery
3 Cups hot rice

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with garlic salt & pepper.
Saute in butter about 2 minutes.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add celery and continue cooking until celery is tender and crisp.
Serve over a bed of rice with parmesan cheese.
