2 c. white sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. boiling water

French Silk Frosting
2/3 c. butter
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 to 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in the mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 30 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and top with frosting.

Frosting
Mix cocoa and powdered sugar together. Add remaining ingredients. Beat in milk gradually until frosting reaches desired consistency.

You could double the frosting recipe if you really like frosting!
