5 c. bite size pieces of spinach
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. bite sized honeydew melon
1/3 c. broken pecans, toasted
1/3 c. julienne strips Gouda or Edam cheese

Ginger Honey Dressing
2 T. lime juice
2T. honey
1 T. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions:
Directions:
Toss all salad ingredients. Mix all dressing ingredients and add to salad. Gently toss. Serve immediately.
