- 2 lbs fresh mushrooms
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup sour cream
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp flour 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
- In large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter
- Cover and cook mushrooms until mushrooms are just tender
- Drain
- Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream,salt, pepper, and flour
- Stir in mushrooms and blend well
-Place mixture in 9X12X2 casserole dish
- Sprinkle with parsleyand shredded cheese
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes
