Ingredients:
Ingredients:

4 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cream cheese with chives or onion
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 lemons, juiced
Tabasco (to taste)
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. anchovy paste (or 1 whole anchovy, chopped fine)
1 tbsp. horseradish
Dash white pepper
2 tbsp. green onion tops, finely chopped
2 tbsp. capers
1 lb. medium-sized shrimp, cooked and peeled
Serve with crackers, small party bread or hearty potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in food processor or mixer. Add lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Then add onion, anchovy paste, horseradish and white pepper. Stir in green onion tops and capers and check the consistency. If it is too thick for your taste, add some liquids to the mix: either milk, lemon juice or sour cream. I prefer adding sour cream and a little more lemon juice.

Chop 1/2 the shrimp into small pieces and leave the other 1/2 in whole pieces for a nice texture. Fold in shrimp to the mixture.

Serve with crackers, or whatever you prefer.
