2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup margarine or butter softened
1 cup milk
1 egg

Streusel

1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp firm margarine or butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Prepare streusel, Mix all ingredients until crumbly.

Beat remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on med speed 2 min, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread half the batter in greased 13x9 in oblong pan or 9x9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with half the streusel. Top with remaining batter, sprinkle with remaining streusel. Bake until toothpick comes out clean, 35-40 min.
