4 cubes butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 cup cornstarch ( not a typo)
2 c. flour

Glaze:

2 c powdered sugar
1/3 c lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar together. Add cornstarch and flour, mix until just blended. Drop onto parchment lined cookie sheet with a 2 teaspoon cookie scoop. Bake 10-12 minutes, until barely golden on edges. Cool completely and glaze very carefully, cookies are fragile.
