1 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
8 quarts popped popcorn
3/4 package mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar and syrup and cook until it boils then simmer for 3 minutes. Add vanilla. Slowly add marshmallows. Mix enough to let marshmallows slightly melt. Pour over popcorn until popcorn is nicely coated and syrup is used. Add M&M's or peanuts or gumdrops.
