1 large ham 4-6 lbs.
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. honey mustard
16 oz. Coca-Cola or Pepsi
2 or 3 large onions

Directions:
Directions:
Remove ham from packaging. Lightly score ham in diagonal lines - first one way, then the other way to form a diamond pattern, but being careful not to cut any deeper than about an eighth of an inch. (You can score both sides if you like). Make a paste of brown sugar and mustard. Rub paste into ham on sides that have been lightly scored. Pour cola into pot. Slice onions in halfs or thirds - these will be placed on bottom of crock pot to form a "rack". Transfer ham to crock pot setting on top of onions. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. During last hour or so, turn crock pot to high and remove lid of pot to allow ham to brown.
