3 cups white sugar
3/4 cup white Karo syrup
1½ cups cold water
2 egg whites
peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, Karo syrup, and water until it spins a thread or forms hard ball in cold water (approx. 20 minutes). Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Pour the syrup into the egg whites and beat until glassy looking or until you can pick up in your hands. Put out on greased wax paper, pat out then spread with peanut butter. Roll up & slice.
