1 lb. broccoli crowns, broccoli rabe, broccolini or spinach
2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic or to taste, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and prepare your chosen vegetable. (Trim and separate the broccoli crowns; chop the broccoli rabe, trim the broccolini; remove the steams from the spinach).

Steam or cook the vegetable in boiling water until tender but still bright green. Drain the vegetable.

In a large skillet at medium heat, heat the oil, saute the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the vegetable and toss. Heat until warm. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
