1 can waterchestnuts,sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion, Opt. Don't need.
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, cut and fried
Dressing:
2 cups mayo
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 bag popcorn or 12 cups
Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo,sugar, and vinegar. Add all the ingredients. Add cheese and popcorn just before serving.
