2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
chopped nuts if desired
sliced apples for dipping

Mix cream cheese and 3/4 jar of the topping. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour remaining caramel over the mixture and sprinkle with nuts.
