-1/2 stick butter ( not margerine)
- 1/4 cup minced onion
-1 garlic clove,minced
-1 10oz pkg frozen artichoke hearts
- 2 1/2 cups boiling chicken stock
-1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 2 tbsp minced parsley

Directions:

- Melt butter in skillet
- Add onions & garlic and saute till limp
- Thoroughly blend in remaining ingredients
- Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes
