1 8oz pkg Wide Noodles
1 T Sugar
1tsp cinnamon
3 eggs separated
1 T butter
3 apples peeled and thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and drain noodles. Add sugar and cinnamon. Slightly beat egg yolks and stir into noodles. Break butter into bits and stir into mixtures. Stir in apple slices. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Add mixture into a greased pan and bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.
