Patties
2 LBS Black Angus Ground Chuck 20% Fat
1 TBS Salt
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1 TBS Onion Powder
1 TBS White Pepper
4 TBS Melted Butter

16 TBS Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

16 TBS Philadelphia Cream Cheese

16 Strips Bacon

Caramelized Bananas
2 Bananas
½ TBS Butter
3 TBS Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Orange Juice
1/8 tsp Cinnamon

16 TBS Cajun BBQ Sauce
.5 Cup Tomato Paste
1/8 Cup Honey
.25 Cup Water
.25 Cup Brown Sugar
1/8 Cup Sugar

.25 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
.5 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS Cajun Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
To make the Cajun BBQ Sauce, place all ingredients in a pot and blend well, cook on low heat, stirring continuously to keep from burning. Set aside until needed.
Cook the bacon in a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat until browned. Place on a paper towel to drain excess grease. Set aside until needed.
Cut bananas in half lengthwise. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add brown sugar and lay the banana slices on top, cut side up. Cook undisturbed for 20 seconds, then add orange juice and cinnamon. Cook for 10 seconds, then turn bananas carefully and cook for 45 to 60 seconds more. Set aside until needed. Slice the bananas into thin slices.
To make the patties, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well with your hands. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form the patties to about the size of the Kaiser buns.
To prepare the buns, split the buns and spread Hellman’s mayonnaise on the cut side, place cut side down in a skillet on high heat, toast until lightly browned. Set aside until needed.
To cook the patties heat a large skillet to medium heat. When the skillet is ready, place the patties in the skillet side by side without touching each other. This process should be repeated for each patty until done, as many time as needed depending on the size of your skillet. The patties will cook in the skillet for 4-5 minutes, flip once adding the smoked gouda and cook another 4 to 5 minutes. Do not push down on the patties as this will release the juices and make them splatter. Remove the patties cover with foil until everything is ready to assemble.
To assemble the burgers, start with the bun bottom spread on the cream cheese followed by the peanut butter, top with a patty. Place two strips of the bacon on top of the patty, place the caramelized bananas on top, and spread Cajun BBQ on the top portion of the bun. Place the top bun on the sandwiches and serve.
