1 c margarine
2 c chopped celery
2 c chopped onion
2 - 8 oz cans undrained mushrooms
2 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sage
sprinkle of thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
3 1/2 - 4 1/2 c turkey or chicken broth
4 c diced turkey or chicken
12-13 c sage/onion bread crumbs

In skillet melt and saute the celery and onion. Stir in with remaining ingredients in large bowl, stir well. Put into greased crockpot. Cover, cook on high 45 min, cook on low 4 hours.
