2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk or beef broth
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp poulty seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 lbs ground beef

Directions:

Double or triple to freeze some for later.
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
