Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We had soup beans, corn bread, fried potatoes, green onions, and Grandma's home churned buttermilk. Wish I could have it again. I loved Grandma's home churned buttermilk. First time I tasted buttermilk out of the store, I thought it had spoiled. One of our favorite snacks was leftover cornbread, crumbled up in a glass and pour Grandma's buttermilk over it. Mom cooked on a coal stove years ago, and she would put leftover cornbread in the stove's top shelf to keep it warm.
