4 oranges
6 slices pineapple (canned)
1 cocoanut (small) freshly grated (can use canned or frozen)
sugar to taste
Maraschino Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Peel oranges, removing all white. Place a layer of thinly sliced oranges, with seeds removed, in bottom of bowl. Cover with a layer of pineapple sliced in thin wedges, but have layers of orange twice as thick as pineapple. Cover well with cocoanut then add a little sugar. Repeat until you have needed quantity, having cocoanut on top. Add a little juice from pineapple and cherries. Garnish with cherries.
