1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 ripe bananas
2 T. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine oil, eggs, bananas, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir with electric mixer until creamy. Add white and brown sugar, mix until evenly combined. Add salt and baking soda, mix until evenly combined. Add flour and cinnamon, mix until evenly combined. Fold in walnuts. Grease two bread pans and divide batter evenly between the two. Bake in the oven for 45 min.
