3 chicken breasts, baked and shredded
1 can Great Northern beans
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
4 c. chicken broth
1 small white onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, diced
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 T. cilantro
1 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine chicken broth, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, and cilantro. Mix until spices are blended evenly throughout the broth and tomatoes. Pour into a slow cooker. Add shredded chicken and white beans; stir until blended evenly in broth. Saute onions, peppers, and garlic in oil in a small frying pan for 4-5 min. Add to the slow cooker. Stir until blended evenly in broth, then allow the soup to cook for 3-4 hours.
