2 lb. boneless stewing beef
4 carrots
6 medium potatoes
1/2 tin beef consomme
1/2 cup red wine or apple juice
1 large tin tomatoes
2 onions
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tin peas or green beans
4 tbsp. min tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
place all ingredients in a large casserole dish or roaster
bake in a oven at 250 degrees. for 6 hours add potatoes 1 1/2 hours before serving.
