4 slices toast
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices cooked ham
4 tin pineapple rings
4 tin slices cheese
1/2 tsp. curry powder
pinch cinnamon
pinch nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
spread the slices of toast with butter then place a slice of ham on toast then a pineapple ring and a slice of cheese on each piece making sure the cheese slices are large enough to cover the pineapple cut each in four with a sharp knife place on a greased baking sheet. sprinkle with the curry powder, cinnamon and allspice and cook in a moderate oven at 350 degrees. for 20 minutes. serve warm.
