8 oz manicotti
2 cups shredded motzerella cheese
2 cups ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped or minced parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
1 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook manicotti according to directions, drain and rinse. Combine cheeses, parsley and pepper. Spoon into manicotti. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Arrange manicotti in a single layer over sauce. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and cook 15 minutes longer.
