select the meat of your choice, pork, fresh meat, chicken about 1 1/2 lbs.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion cut up
1 clove garlic minced
2 medium carrots sliced
1 medium green pepper cut into chunks
1 tin pineapple chunks
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp.brown sugar
3 tbsp.soy sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp. ground ginger

Cut meats into bite side pieces . brown meat in skillet in oil on medium heat lower heat add onion, garlic cover cook for 10 minutes
add carrots and green pepper combine pineapple and juice, vinegar,sugar, ketchup,soy sauce.
cornstarch and ginger. stir in skillet cover and simmer 10 minutes longer or until meat is tender.
