8 T. (1 stick) butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. grated pecans
1 t. salt
1. T. paprika
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 c. sesame seeds
2 (2 1/2 lbs) chickens, cut into qtrs or pieces
1/4 c. pecan halves
1 c. mixed red and green grapes

Melt butter in a 10 x 15 inch baking pan. In a shallow dish, combine buttermilk and egg in another dish combine flour, pecans, salt, paprika, pepper and sesame seeds. Dip chicken in buttermilk, then flour mixture. Place skin down in meltd buttr. Turn to coat and leave skin side up. Sprinkle with pecans halves. Bake 1 hour and 25 miutes. Half way thru cooking, toss with grapes onto the baking dish as well.
