1/4 c. flour and corn meal
1 egg
1/4 t. minced garlic & onion
1/8 t. cumin

Mix well and pan fry until golden brown, serve with corn relish.

relish:
1 can mexican corn
1/2 t. cumin & garlic powder
1. t. cilantro leaves
lime juice to taste
Mix well and refrigerate until serve time.
