8 oz. cream cheese
2 T. butter
1 (16 oz.) box of powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese and butter over low heat stirring constantly until smooth. Add peppermint and vanilla, stir until well blended. Add the powdered sugar gradually until well mixed.
Divide cream cheese mixture into 10 (1/4 c.) portions. Roll each into a 12" rope. Cut into 1/2" pieces, let stand, uncovered, for 4 hours or until firm.
